With a Finance degree from Xavier University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame, he brings strong financial and strategic expertise to his work advising commercial clients. Brian is focused on delivering sophisticated risk management and insurance solutions, helping businesses navigate complex coverage needs with confidence.
Beyond his work at SFM, Brian is actively engaged in the community. He serves on the Clinton County Port Authority Board and is a member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Wilmington Rotary Club. His leadership, both within the agency and in the community, reflects his commitment to service, stewardship, and continued growth.

He studied at The Ohio State University and remains active in the community, currently serving on the Clinton County MRDD board. John’s long-standing commitment to service reflects his dedication to both SFM and the region’s families and farm operations.

He is also a dedicated member of the Hillsboro community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Highland County Hospital Foundation, reflecting his longstanding commitment to local service and leadership.

Peyton is deeply invested in the local community. He serves on the Highland County Farm Bureau board, is a member of the Highland County Chamber of Commerce and is an active board member of the Highland County NWTF chapter. In addition to her work at SFM, Anessa founded Igniting a Spark to Prevent Suicide, Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing education, resources, and support to communities, schools, organizations, and individuals.

She holds an associate degree from Purdue Global University and is a member of the National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars. Beyond the office, Brittany is a devoted wife and mother of four, bringing the same commitment, energy, and heart to her family life that she brings to SFM each day.
