Brian joined SFM in 1993 and is currently the fourth generation of leadership. His Finance degree from Xavier University and MBA from the University of Notre Dame allow him to assist his commercial clients in complex coverage solutions. He currently serves on the Clinton County Port Authority Board and is a member of Entrepreneur Organization and the Wilmington Rotary Club.

He studied at The Ohio State University and currently serves on the Clinton County MRDD board.

Anessa joined SFM in 2010 and has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She works with SFM’s larger, more complex commercial clients, helping them with coverage selection and answering tough questions. Anessa has earned the Certified Insurance Service Representative and Certified Professional Insurance Agent designations. Anessa has started a non-profit “Igniting a Spark to Prevent Suicide, Inc.”, to provide education and support to communities, schools, organizations, and individuals.

Carolyn joined SFM in 2007 as our Claims Manager. She works tirelessly as a liaison between our carriers and our clients to satisfactorily resolve claims issues. In addition to her claims responsibilities, she manages SFM’s IT and communications infrastructure.

Julie is a past board member of the Greater Wilmington Human Resource Association and the Clinton County Leadership Institute. She is a graduate of Wright State University.

Brittany joined SFM in 2022 as our administrative assistant. She manages the phones for the organization and the walk-in traffic in our Wilmington office while assisting accounting and sales. She is a devoted wife and mother of four. She is a graduate of Laurel Oaks CDC where she completed a two-year business management program and was a National Honor Society member. She has an associates degree from Purdue Global University where she is also a member of the National Honor Society of Collegiate Scholars.

Stephanie is excited to join the SFM team in 2024 and brings with her five years of experience in the insurance industry.
She is a graduate of Sinclair Community College, where she was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and National Society of Leadership and Success honor societies.
Stephanie serves as Secretary of The Friends of the Wilmington Public Library organization and Assistant Secretary of the CWM Board at First Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
She is an active member of her church and volunteers at many events throughout the community.
